I feel like this song's title is a reference to a line in Fellowship of the Ring...either way, fantastic song, album, and artist.

"The Transcendental Music Corporation" was the original title of Side 1 of (no pussyfooting), before Fripp and Eno both agreed that both the record-buying public & the British music press (i.e critics) just might take them a little too seriously & accuse them of being pretentious..... which they were anyway. 🙄

I love the Air Structures bootleg. It was recorded on May 28, 1975, at the Olympia in Paris. It is one of very few shows these two did together. The music has held up well, hasn't it? The show was officially released by DGM in 2011 as Live in Paris 28.05.1975.
